Alwafai Wireless team provides a single point of contact to all accounts, recording all incidents and service requests in our dedicated ticketing service. The service desk will manage each incident or service request from initial recording to closure and when appropriate the engineer will escalate the support to the engineering team to achieve resolution.
Hardware Advanced Replacement:
Advanced replacement provides you with guaranteed Same day replacement of your hardware should it fail and is included as part of the
*advanced & **advanced+ packages.
*=by default free replacement package for 1 year from the date of installation.
**=before end of the default package Customer must subscribe with advanced+ package for upcoming year support.
Engineer Onsite Support:
Onsite support comes as either pay as you go or unlimited pack, dependant on your needs. The engineering time can be used for any onsite engineering requirements related to your network, providing guaranteed next business working day response, but we strive to achieve same business working day response.
Unlimited Engineer Onsite Support:
Our Care & Care+ packages come with unlimited onsite support, which offers a truly cost efficient solution.
You can purchase labours, Technicians, consultants and Engineers days as needed or purchase any number of days upfront as part of your Staff pack to be redeemed as required with our staff & staff+ packages.
